Introduction

Orange Blossom Fellowship Community assists owners in the sale of their homes. The number of homes for sale varies and sometimes we have none available.

All prospective buyers are required to fill out an application and be approved by the Advisory Board and Administrator prior to the purchase of a home. An application fee of $50 per adult is required with the application for a processing fee to include a background and credit check. (All applicants are advised to read the history and beliefs of The Churches of Christ in Christian Union prior to completing an application. Refer to the link under Links tab.)

All lot rent includes water, sewage and trash removal (from central location). Lawn care, electric, internet and cable is the responsibility of the home owner.
